???? Whipping cream – 300 ml (1¼ cups)
???? Powdered sugar – 50 g (⅓ cup)
???? Orange juice – 100 ml (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
FOR THE WHIPPED COFFEE DRINK:
???? Caramel syrup – 10 g (2 tsp)
☕ Instant coffee – 15 g (1 tbsp)
???? Ice – 30 g (1 oz)
???? Milk – 100 ml (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
FOR THE ORANGE JELLY:
???? Orange juice – 500 ml (2 cups)
???? Sugar – 100 g (½ cup)
???? Cornstarch – 50 g (⅓ cup)
