All high protein, lower in calories, healthy, and balanced enough to eat on your fitness journey.

Tiramisu
Macros: 421 Calories, 34g Carbs, 21g Fat, 22g Protein
Ingredients:
100g ricotta
50g cream cheese
6 x lady fingers (savoiardi biscuits)
3 tsps strong brewed coffee
2-3g cocoa powder (for dusting)
1 x egg yolk
1-2 x egg whites (doing 2 makes it higher in protein but lighter in texture, ~50g)
40g sugar (or caster sugar alternative, such as erythritol, 20g for the yolk, 20g for the whites)

No Egg Variation:
Macros: 499 Calories, 46g Carbs, 21g Fat, 31g Protein
Ingredients:
100g ricotta
50g cream cheese
8g vanilla pudding mix
100ml high protein milk
10g casein
5-6 x lady fingers (savoiardi biscuits)
3 tsps brewed coffee
2-3g cocoa powder
20g sugar (or caster sugar alternative, such as erythritol)

High-Protein No-Bake Cheesecake
Macros: 456 Calories, 36g Carbs, 24g Fat, 23g Protein
For the Base
2.5 x (38g) Digestive Biscuits (30% less sugar)
20g Apple Sauce
(Optional) pinch of salt
5g sweetener/sugar
For the Filling
85g labneh (I use the brand Yamas; if you can’t find it, use full-fat or reduced-fat cream cheese or blended cottage cheese)
40g ricotta (make sure it's the very smooth kind, not the grainy kind)
100g Fage (0%) Greek yoghurt
20g sugar, sweetener or syrup of choice (alternatively, you can use ~0.4g pure stevia)
10g lemon juice
5g sugar-free pudding mix (sub for any modified-starch thickener you can find, start with 1-2g and work up)
Pinch of salt

Ricotta Fudge Brownie
Macros: 397 Calories, 15g Carbs, 21g Fat, 32g Protein
Ingredients (for a deluxe creami tub):
250g ricotta (smooth, not grainy)
15g cocoa (8g black cocoa, 7g regular)
10g skimmed milk powder (can sub for protein powder if you desire)
150ml skimmed milk
1g xanthan gum
0.4g stevia (use any sweetener (to taste), start at 10-20 grams and work your way up, this stevia is pure and VERY potent, you want your mix to be slightly sweetener than you would like it because the sweetness subsides during the freezing process)
2 tsps vanilla
1g salt
pinch espresso coffee powder
