No Oats Delicious Healthy Smoothie For Gaining(Vegan)✅

Ingredients & Nutritional info-
4 cashews- 33.4cal
80ml coconut milk- 44.4cal (used real thai coconut milk)
1 banana- 117.2cal
2 dates- 50.7cal
3 soaked almonds- 23.5cal
20g protein powder- 37
1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder- 7.5cal
1 tbsp peanut butter- 95cal
1/2 cup water

total calories -448
protein -23.5g
fats - 18.6g
carbs -49g
fiber - 6.1g

Have this as your breakfast!
Note- Can use any milk of choice or water but for weight gain I’ll suggest to use low fat milk or full fat milk or coconut milk.
