Описание

Let’s make Pumpkin Bread! (Recipe in bio).

For 5 buns (i made 2 larger, 2 medium and 1 super cute and tiny) you will need:
-500g flour;
-5g sugar;
-10g dry yeast;
-10g salt;
-100g pumpkin puree (baked and blended);
-250g warm water;
-1 egg;
-sesame seeds;
-5 sticks of cinnamon for decorating.

If you want a more yellowish bread, add more pumpkin puree and less water (you will need 350ml of liquid ingredients per total).

In a large bowl knead together all the ingredients.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
After the dough got nice and fluffy, on a clean surface, covered with olive oil shape 5 (or more) bread buns.
Using thread shape the pumpkins by gently tying all around the pumpkin (as in the video).
Let them rise some more, for about 15 minutes, in the baking tray.
Cover with egg wash, sprinkle some sesame seeds and bake at 180C for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and fluffy.
