If you've been avoiding tiramisu because of raw eggs, this recipe is for you. We skip the eggs entirely and use cold whipped cream folded into sweet vanilla mascarpone — the result is silky, light, and utterly irresistible. Make it the night before and let it chill overnight for the best flavor!

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups (360 ml) coffee (cooled)
3 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
1 1/2 cups (360 ml) heavy whipping cream (very cold)
8 oz (225 g) mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
120 g granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 package ladyfingers (Savoiardi)
Cocoa powder for dusting
???? TIPS FOR SUCCESS
✔ Cold cream = better whipping. Chill your bowl & beaters first.
✔ Room-temp mascarpone blends smooth — don't skip this step.
✔ Dip ladyfingers quickly (1 second per side) — soggy = disaster!
✔ Chill for at least 4 hours. Overnight is even better.
✔ Dust extra cocoa right before serving for the best look.
