Ingredients:
3 bananas
2 eggs
1 tbsp of instant coffee
1 1/4 cup (300 ml) of milk
1/4 cup + 2 tsp (60 g) of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
2 cups (240 g) of flour

8 oz (250 ml) of heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
3 oz (80 g) of crushed walnuts
2 bananas (optional but recommended)
