VIRAL Coffee Jelly (recipe in description)

Coffee Jelly with Vanilla Cream

Ingredients:
For the Coffee Jelly:
2 tsp instant coffee
2 cups water
3 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp agar agar powder

For the Vanilla Cream:
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup milk

Directions:
For the Coffee Jelly: In a saucepan, combine the coffee, water, sugar, and agar agar powder
Bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes, then pour into 1-2 glasses, depending on the size, halfway up
Let set in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight
For the Vanilla Cream: In a cup, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract, then use a frother to froth until thick
To Assemble: Pour the milk on top of the jelly, then add the vanilla cream foam on top
