Coffee and walnut cake #shorts

Hey guys!
Welcome back to another shorts. This cake is made in celebration of my dads birthday. Hope you enjoy


You will need…

- 400g stork (softened)
- 400g dark brown soft sugar
- 400g self raising flour
- 7 medium eggs
-1 tbsp coffee + 1 tbsp of warm water


Decorations

- 2 tbsp coffee + 2 tbsp of warm water
- 200g unsalted butter
- 500g icing sugar
-50g walnuts
