After enjoying a portion of döner kebab, they visit Göksu, one of Ankara's historic restaurants, to indulge in a delightful soufflé, a dessert cherished by many Ankarans since childhood, with a recipe that has remained unchanged for years.

Continuing their culinary journey, our hosts explore Stüdyo Pizza, one of Turkey's most esteemed pizza restaurants. Here, they introduce you to the head chef, revealing the restaurant's operation as a true local flavor festival. Everything, from the flour to the tomato sauce, from the salt to the sourdough, and even the charcuterie products, comes from Ankara and nearby cities in Central Anatolia. Chef Murat Artukmaç, one of Turkey's leading pizza masters, has made a name for himself by imparting pizza knowledge to over 4,000 people in Turkey and working in Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, including renowned pizza spots in Naples. Though its style may resemble Neapolitan pizza, Stüdyo Pizza has crafted its own unique and delectable pizzas. It's not just a pizza restaurant; it's also an experience and passion center where we detail all the intricacies for you through Urban 2 Bites.

After savoring pizzas and desserts, our hosts, Onur and Oğuz, delve into the world of burgers at Et Manyak, a place renowned for its delicious burgers. Here, they not only try two hamburgers but also indulge in a 30 cm-long giant hot dog.
